Notes:

  • Ensure that the car mount can be placed on a flat and large surface area of at least 31 in² (206.1 cm²) before purchasing.
  • Adjust the charging angle that’s ideal to you before installing the car mount.
  • For best results, use the included car charger. Using other USB-A adapters may reduce charging speed or cause charging to stop working.

Q&A

Does the 3M adhesive pad have to be used together when installing the car mount?

Under normal circumstances, the car charging mount can be used with removable glue. It is recommended to use the included 3M adhesive pad only when installing on rough areas, cloth or leather surfaces. We do not recommend mounting it on curved or waxed dashboards.

Here are some steps to note before using:

  1. Remove any dust or residual oil that may be found on the pad with alcohol wipes.
  2. Press for 10 seconds and install the car mount after 24 hours.
  3. Place the car mount on a flat surface. Please refer to the “Simple Setup” illustration for detailed installation steps.

Can the car mount be installed on other locations?

The car mount is only designed for use on dashboards. To ensure a safe driving experience, do not install the car mount on other locations such as the windshield.

Is the removable glue and 3M pad easily removable? Will there be residue?

The removable glue on the base can be easily taken off and reused. When the pad is less sticky, it can be cleaned with water and then air-dried naturally to help bring back the stickiness. Please be careful not to let water get into the charging port.

Once the 3M pad is attached, it will lose its stickiness when removed, so please confirm the mounting position before installing. When taking off, wipe the dashboard with alcohol wipes to remove residue.

Is the car mount compatible with phones other than the iPhone 12 and 13 series?

The car mount only supports iPhone 12 and 13 series with Apple MagSafe and is not compatible with other phones such as Samsung or iPhone 11 and older models. Please only use Magsafe-compatible phone cases.
